Right of Withdrawal

Under EU regulations, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason. Product must be in original packaging, unused, and complete.

Return Process

1. Send withdrawal statement to: support@revosol.market
2. Receive return instructions
3. Ship product in original packaging
4. Refund within 14 days of receipt

Refund Method

Refunds are processed using the same payment method:

• RVSOL payment → refund in RVSOL
• MAKK GL payment → refund in MAKK GL to user wallet

Complaints

For defective products, contact us within 30 days of receipt at support@revosol.market. We offer exchange or refund in the same form of payment used.
