Terms of Service - RevoSol market

1. General Provisions

These terms govern the use of the RevoSol market online store available at revosol.market. The owner and operator is RevoSol Ltd. By using our platform, you accept these terms in full. The store operates on a dropshipping model.

2. Definitions

  • Sklep - RevoSol market platform available at revosol.market
  • RVSOL - official cryptocurrency token on Solana blockchain (contract: FZKneM7YqaHz3Qsj5pqoezQJyK1pHf6fPCKV3eVabray)
  • MAKK GL - alternative payment method available only to RVSOL holders with a minimum of $49 USD
  • Customer - person making purchases in the Store
  • Dropshipping - sales model where products are shipped directly from supplier to customer

3. Payment Methods

RevoSol market accepts the following payment methods:

  • RVSOL - Payment with RVSOL token with automatic 25% discount on all products.
  • MAKK GL - Available only for RVSOL holders with a minimum of $49 USD. RVSOL must be held throughout the entire order fulfillment period. If RVSOL is sold during order processing, the order will be cancelled and MAKK GL funds returned. RVSOL can only be sold after order completion.

4. Order Fulfillment Time

Due to the dropshipping model and initial store phase, which may involve high order volume, order fulfillment may take 15 to 45 days. This includes payment verification, supplier ordering, product assembly, and international courier shipping.

5. Order Processing

After placing an order, a payment link will be sent to the provided email within 2 days. After payment verification, the order goes through: awaiting payment, collecting, processing, preparing shipment, shipped, delivered.

6. Shipping

All orders are shipped via international courier service. Shipping costs are included in the product price. A tracking number is provided once the package is dispatched.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU regulations, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a withdrawal statement to support@revosol.market before the 14-day deadline.
  • The product must be returned in pristine condition, in original packaging, complete and unused.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • Refunds are processed using the same payment method:
    • If payment was made in RVSOL - refund is in RVSOL.
    • If payment was made in MAKK GL - refund is in MAKK GL to the user wallet.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

8. Complaints

For defective products, customers can file a complaint within 30 days of receipt to support@revosol.market. Refunds for accepted complaints are processed using the same payment method (RVSOL or MAKK GL).

9. Liability

The store is not responsible for cryptocurrency rate fluctuations between order placement and payment finalization. Customer accepts the risks associated with cryptocurrency payments.
